Welcome to Just 4Paws Dog Grooming in Kislingbury
I am Justine Horrocks, a professional dog groomer with a recognised City & Guilds qualification in dog grooming. Just 4Paws is a relaxed and friendly grooming environment for your dog.
In October 2013 I established my dog grooming business in Kislingbury, Northamptonshire. My aim is to provide a relaxed grooming environment in beautiful village location, which reduces the stress of the grooming process for your pet and for you. The passion I have for the health and well-being of dogs is prominent in the way I deliver my dog grooming services and the grooming products I use.
My services are offered on a ‘one dog in at a time’ basis, meaning your pet will have my undivided attention for the time they are with me for grooming. I allow for slots of a minimum of 2.5 hours for a full groom (which includes clipping) to enable your pet to have a break from the grooming table if required, they can have a walk round my secure courtyard, use the loo, have a drink and return to the process fresh.
This extended period, also gives me time to work with those who may not relish the dog groomers, and to encourage them to accept the grooming process without simply imposing it on them. All dogs are encouraged to take the step into the salon, the bath and the grooming table on their own to reinforce the positivity of the process for them.
For those ‘old pros’ at being groomed, the process may of course be quicker, and in those circumstances I will call you 20mins before they are finished to advise you they can be collected .
Treatments range from dog bathing and nail clipping to full dog groom out including dog clipping and scissoring. I also offer hand stripping dog grooming service. I use a natural based shampoo collection which you can find out more about on the News section.
Local pick up and collection service can be arranged and some evening appointments available. I also offer a loyalty scheme.

Unfortunately my email account was hacked on Monday this week, so I would like to apologise to anyone who received an email of a dubious nature from me.
I also used my email account as a means of backing up my contact information, but unfortunately Microsoft will not grant a recovery of my information meaning that I am missing a number of phone numbers for customers.

Many dogs are coming in with itchy skin conditions. A bath can really benefit itchy skin as it cleans the skin of any of the organisms or bacteria that cause them. I can use specialist shampoos provided by your vet or a medicated shampoo designed to sooth the skin and calm irratations!

Really excited to have introduced Pet Remedy De-Stress and Calming diffuser into my grooming room. For more details read the news section but having read some reviews I am really excited to have found another natural remedy to help really calm my doggy customers.
